For effective running of the organization, NAFT.27 is administered by a body known as the National Executive Officers comprising the people holding the following positions:

e. National Organizing Secretary
f. National Publicity Secretary
g. National Financial Secretary
h. National Treasurer
i. National Women Leader
j. National Youth Leader
k. National Legal Adviser
l. Physically Challenged Coordinator
m. Director of Administration
n. Director of Contact and Mobilization
o. Director of Policy Research and Programmes
p. Zonal Coordinators
q. State Coordinators
r. Local government coordinators
s. Ward coordinators
t. Polling unit canvassers
There is also the Board of Elders (Trustees) whose roles are advisory. The board is comprised of six eminent Nigerians and elder statesmen/women who share in the mission and vision of NAFT.27.
